The 4th Falls on Sunday in 2021.

The 4th of July festivities will be held, as is traditional, on the 4th of July (Sunday). The day begins with a Pancake Breakfast at the Federated Church from 7:30 a.m. to 9:30 a.m. Then the day moves into the 9:00 a.m. line-up for the annual parade at the High School parking lot. Starting at 10:00 a.m., the parade will proceed South on East Avenue to Michigan Avenue, then along Michigan Avenue to Lake Street in downtown, then heading North along Lake Street to the County Park on Grass Lake.  The parade ends at the park at around 11:30, where the Grass Lake Sportsman’s Club will offer its annual Chicken Broil. Grab a chicken dinner and hang around in the park for some good music. The Cardboard Boat organized by the Grass Lake Lions and Leos, races will be back this year with the races starting at about 1:00 p.m. Check, or print out, the registration form below for more information:
